This site evolves as this ministry takes form. "A Journey of one-thousand miles begins with a single step." A great oak tree was once a tiny seed. The greatest failure is to fail to try. "if God be for us, who can be against us." (Rom. 8:31B). Man makes his plans; God directs his step. (Pr. 16:9).

An Administrator organizes the day-to-day operation of a church and, maybe most importantly, Administrators handle the day- to-day difficulties and obstacles a church encounters. Those day-to-day operational, difficulties and obstacles are NOT handled by the Senior Pastor in churches that do well over a long period of time because, like it not, operational matters, day-to-day difficulties and obstacles often involve dealing with people in a manner that is direct and not always received well.
The Bible is clear that spiritual battle is done against demonic forces. Every successful Bible-based church has and is fighting demonic forces that are activated through people. The un-holy spirit of demonic forces works through people in the same way the Holy Spirit works through people. Such forces and such people often have to be address directly, such as when Jesus said to Peter, "Get thee behind me Satan!"
A Senior Pastor cannot deal effectively and over the long term when fighting demonic forces to prepare and present the spiritual meals (sermons and Bible Teaching) and, also, deal with additional demonic forces coming at him from all other sides.
Unless a Senior Pastor has an Administrator to help him fight the spiritual battles of ministry, he and/or the church is doomed for failure or, at least, severely hampered in its progress for the Lord.
A doctrinal statement is a summary declaration of fundamental-foundational beliefs not a presentation of reasons why those fundamental-foundations exist Those reasons are in our teaching, preaching and/or other written materials.

A doctrinal statement is a summary declaration of fundamental-foundational beliefs not a presentation of reasons why those fundamental-foundations exist Those reasons are in our teaching, preaching and/or other written materials.
1. THEOLOGY
FIRST, is the Trinity. Even though the Trinity is beyond our human understanding we accept what the Bible clearly states about the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
SECOND, is the superiority of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the only way to salvation from Hell. He is the only Savior. Salvation is a FREE gift.
THIRD, the Bible in it original form (autographs) was absolutely perfect, without error. We no longer have the autographs. However, main-line translations have preserved the integrity of biblical truth.
I (Pastor Collins) preach from the King James Version. However, I do not hold to the premise that every other translation is worthless.
FOURTH, in the interpretation and application of biblical concepts to our lives, we first determine the concept or concepts the author intended to reveal or present to the original recipients of the written information and then we determine how those original concepts apply to us today. I am committed to the concepts of the Bible for daily living even when biblical truth is socially-unpopular and/or politically-incorrect. I could not care less about being socially-popular or politically-correct. I want to be in good standing with God and biblically-correct.
2. SOCIOLOGY
The government of God is a patriarchy (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) because that is the pattern of God for government.
God estabished a patriarchy in the home because that is the will of God for the home. God established a patriarchy in the world, at large, because that is the will of God for the world. God established a patriarchy in the Church because a patriarchy is the pattern of government God intends for the Church. An exception to the rule does not negate the rule any more than an ambulance driving over the speed limit negates the speed limit.
3. EXOGESIS.
The basic rules we use to interpret the Bible. The Original Autographs of the Bible were perfect. God has protected the integrity of the Bible. Mainline Bible versions are valid for all matters of faith and life. Everything in the Bible is literal unless there is good reason to make it symbolic and/or literal and symbolic. The Bible was not written to us but was written for us. The Bible must be understood, as it applies to us, with the first goal of determining what the author intended it to mean to whom it was originally written. That is what it means to study the Bible "in context."

Everything is on hold.
